当前我国社会和谐度高吗

On the Social Harmony of China

按照"和谐社会"的内涵和目标要求,选择了17个指标构建我国社会和谐度测评指标体系,运用模糊隶属度函数法进行指标"价值"量化,使用因子分析法确定各指标权重,利用我国2006年的样本数据进行实证分析,测算出我国人口、经济、社会、环境等四个层面和谐度与社会总和谐度。2006年我国社会总和谐度为2.6497,处于较低水平。

According to the connotation and objective of a harmonious society, this paper chooses 17 indices to establish the index system to measure the harmony of China. It uses Fuzzy Membership Function to quantify the value of each index, takes advantage of Factor Analysis to calculate the proportion of all indices, and then measures the harmony from the perspectives of population, economy, society, environment and the total harmony of the society based on China＇ s sample data in 2006. It concludes that in 2006 the total social harmony of China is 2.6497, which remains at a low level to some extent.
