降温平衡对牛冷冻精液质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 降温、平衡是冷冻精液生产过程中的重要环节。试验以本单位种公牛生产的精液为样本,使用低温平衡柜、测温仪、显微镜等仪器设备,研究降温、平衡对冷冻精液质量的影响。结果表明,采取一次稀释法,每盒中盛装细管精液适宜数量为100~300支;采取二次稀释法,每个烧杯中精液稀释后适宜容量为50~120mL。采取先灌装后降温、平衡,或先降温、平衡后灌装两种不同方法,对冷冻精液质量的影响差异不显著(>0.05)。在平衡柜温度为4℃环境下,精液从稀释后温度降至平衡温度的适宜时间为1~1.5h,平衡时间为3~4h。 Cooling down balancing is to freeze important link in semen procedure of production. Test that the semen that kind of bull produces with the unit is a sample book, instrument equipment such as using the low temperature to balance a chest, measuring the temperature instrument, the microscope, studies an impact of cooling balance over the mass freezing semen. Result indicates a dilution law, adopts proper thin tube semen quantity is 100 - 300 branches in beautiful dress in every box; Adopt repeated diluting law, semen dilutes proper capacities of queen in every beaker being 50 - 120 milliliters. After adopting the balance first, drinking wine holding the balance cooling down the day after tomorrow with and cooling down first drink wine holding two kinds different method with, The effect difference to the mass freezing semen is not no- table (P 〉 0.05). Under the environment balancing the chest temperature being 4℃, Semen falls to 1 - 1.5 hours balancing proper the temperature time being from the temperature diluting the queen, balance time is 3 - 4 hours.
