论述了维生素Ｃ对中国对虾的营养作用，对对虾蜕壳的影响，以及对虾对维生素Ｃ的缺乏症；ＬＡＰＰ对中国对虾缺氧耐受力及免疫抵抗力的影响；各类维生素Ｃ产品在不同条件下的稳定性；不同剂型维生素Ｃ对中国对虾生长的影响。
The effect of vitamin C on nutrition and immunity of the Penaeus chinensis and its optimum form were stated. These related to: effect of vitamin C on nutrition, exuviation and vitamin C deficiency of the prawn; influence of L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (LAPP) on prawn’s tolerance of oxygen deficiency and immunological resistance;comparison of stability of different forms of vitamin C under different conditions;influence of different forms of vitamin C on prawn’s growth.
