摘要
通过对苦荞麦的化学成分、营养特性及降低血脂、血糖、尿糖等生理功能的分析,阐明苦荞麦是一种有广阔开发前景的具有营养食疗保健功能的绿色食品资源,提出了对其开发的主要思路。
The chemical compouents, nutritive properties, physiological functions of lowering blood fat, blood sugar and saccharorrhea of fagopyrum tararicum were analyzed. The study showed that the fagopyrum tararicum is a kind of green food resource which has nutritive,healthy functions and vast exploitable prospects.The main idea to exploit it was put forward.
