摘要
结合重力和螺旋管离心力分离的特点,提出一种螺旋管复合气液分离器结构。基于重力作用下气液分离的边界条件,给出了分离器直径、高度的设计方法;基于螺旋管离心力作用下气液分离的边界条件,给出了分离器螺旋管截面直径、螺旋管圈数的设计方法。总结人工控制经验,设计了分离器液位Fuzzy-PID控制器。实验表明,气液分离效果良好,分离流量是同尺寸重力分离器的2.5倍。
Combined characteristics of gravity and spiral tube centrifugal, a kind of spiral tube compound gas liquid separator was developed. Based on the boundary conditions of gas liquid separation under gravity effect, design methods of the diameter and height of the separator were given. Based on the boundary conditions under spiral tube centrifugal effect, design methods of the spiral tube section diameter and circle number were given. Summing up manual work experiments, the Fuzzy-PID controller for separator level was designed. Separating experiments show the separating capability of the separator is good, and the maximum oil and gas separated flux is 2. 5 times as that of the same size gravity separator.
