复合塔传质性能研究

摘要 本文采用空气-水系统进行冷模实验,在内经250mm的有机玻璃塔中,对孔径为7mm的穿流塔与复合塔进行流体力学和传质性能研究。复合塔分两种,穿流筛板下加一层厚为25~60mm的拉西环填料,浮阀板与拉西环填料组成。实验结果表明,复合塔具有较大的操作弹性,板压降小,雾沫夹带量极小,传质效率高的特点,全塔效率与高效填料塔相当。 In the pigmented glass Column with its in side diameter is 250mm,there makes characteristics of hydrodynamics and characteristics mass-transfer study on 7mm diameter draining sieve-tray column and compound column with water and air compound of draining sieve-plate which adds to it bottom 20-60 mm height filler.The other is consist of float valve plate and filler.The result of the study shows that compound column has large operating elasticity,little pressure drop,petty quality of foam entertainment,high mass-transfer efficiency.The whole efficiency is as much as high efficiency filler.
