摘要
研究了生根率差别较大的中美山杨4个杂种无性系生根过程中4种内源激素的变化,结果表明,各无性系初始内源IAA、ZR含量与试管苗生根率呈正相关,初始内源ABA、GA含量与试管苗生根率呈负相关;内源IAA水平在生根的早期有一个峰值,其出现的时间与生根时间先后一致,并且峰值高低与生根率高低呈正相关;在根原基形成过程中ABA浓度不断的降低,待不定根生成后各无性系变化规律不同;在根原基形成分化期ZR含量呈上升趋势;生根率不同的无性系在生根过程中内源GA含量低且变化幅度小,对生根影响作用较小。通过相关性分析证明,诱导生根第0天IAA含量与生根率的相关关系最大。
Based on the highly different rooting ability of four crossbreed clones of Populus davidiana and P. tremuloides, track on the content of four kinds of endogeneous hormones during the rotting process. The results showed that there are positive correlation between IAA, ZR and rooting rate, and negative correlation between ABA, GA and rooting rate at the beginning of inducing roofing. The four clones all have a peak value of endogenous IAA in the early stage of rooting, and the sequence of the peak value appeared was according to the rooting speed, besides, there was a positive correlation between the height of peak value and rooting rate. During the root ptimordium shaping, the concentration of ABA reduce continuously. When the adventitious root formatted, the regulation of the concentration of ABA is different. There were negative correlation between the highest ABA and rooting rate. During the root primordium shaping, the concentration of ZR showed an increasing trend. The changes of each endogenous GA of four clones were similar while rooting, besides the content was low, and the change range was so small. Analyzing the relativity we draw a conclusion that IAA has a highest correlation with rooting rate.
