摘要 目的:探讨应用LISS接骨板微创内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:住院病人股骨远端骨折,共5例,4例为男性,1例为女性。年龄31~62岁,平均42.5岁。AO骨折分型:32C11例,33C12例,33C32例。均采用LISS接骨板治疗。结果:随访7~18个月,平均11个月,6~10个月骨折完全愈合,膝关节屈伸功能达120°~150°。结论:LISS接骨板对股骨远端骨折是一种有效的微创内固定治疗办法。 Objective: To report the effect of treatment of distal femoral fractures with less invasive stabilization system(LISS). Methods: 5 cases of distal femoral fracture included 4 male and 1 female wite the average age of 42.5 years ranging from 31 to 62 years. According to AO classification of injury mechanism. There were l case of type as 32C1, 2 cases of type as 33 C1,2 cases of type as 33 C3. All the patients were treated with less invasive stabilization system(LISS). Results:The average duration of follow up was 11 months(range, 7 to 18 months). The healing time of complete fracture was from 6 to 10 months. Knee extension functions of up to 120°- 150°. Conclusion: LISS is an effective and minimally invasive method of internal fixation for treating the fracture of distal femur.
