混合痔术后止痛效果的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Anodyne Efficacy after Operation for Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察混合痔外剥内扎硬注术中应用盐酸氯普鲁卡因加甲磺酸罗哌卡因注射液对术后止痛的效果及并发症发生的情况，将应用该法治疗的30例混合痔（观察组）与应用盐酸利多卡因加亚甲蓝合剂的30例混合痔（对照组）进行对比观察，分别记录术后72h内疼痛程度、尿潴留、用药后不良反应、创口水肿及平均愈合天数。结果显示，观察组在术后疼痛、创口水肿、用药不良反应等方面优于对照组（P〈O．05），在尿潴留、创面平均愈合天数方面无显著性差异（P〉O．05）。结果表明，混合痔外剥内扎硬注术中应用盐酸氯普鲁卡因加甲磺酸罗哌卡因止痛效果肯定，是一种长效低毒的新型麻醉止痛药物。

For observing the anodyne efficacy and complication of chloroprocaine hydrochloride plus ropiva- caine mesylate after the operation（external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus sclerosis agent injection） for mixed hemorrhoids authors compared the observation group（subjected to above-mentioned anodyne method, n =30） with controlled group（subjected to lidocaine hydrochloride plus methylene blue mixture） , and recorded their pain status,urinary stasis,adverse reaction following drug use, wound edema within 72h after operation, and average healing days. As results, in postoperative pain, wound edema, adverse reaction in the observation group was superior to those in the controlled group（ P 〈0.05）, While between both groups in urinary stasis,average healing days there was not significant difference（ P 〉0.05）. The results show that the anodyne method used in the observation group has certain efficacy,is a novel long-acting and low- toxicity anodyne drug.
