RF Transceiver Circuit of ZigBee/IEEE 802.15.4 Based on RF Chip CC2520

采用CC2520构成的IEEE.802.15.4无线收发电路,工作在2.4GHzISM频段,接收灵敏度为-98dBm,可编程输出功率达+5dBm,适应DSSS基带,支持IEEE 802.15.4、ZigBee协议。介绍了CC2520的基本特性和由其构成的应用电路,以及射频电路部分的PCB设计。

The RF transceiver circuit of IEEE 802.15.4 based on CC2520,operate in ISM band 2.4GHz,the receiving sensitivity is -98dBm and ＋5 dBm typical output power,adapt to DSSS base band,supports IEEE.802.15.4,ZigBee and proprietary protocols.in this paper,the basic character of CC2520 and application circuit by CC2520,and design of the RF circuit portion PCB are introduced.
