hnRNPB1mRNA在肺癌患者外周血中手术前后的表达变化及其临床意义
摘要
不均一核糖核蛋白（hnRNP）B1是hnRNP家族最重要的成员之一。研究结果显示hnRNPB1在人体肺癌的过表达具有特异性，与肺癌发生发展密切相关。我们用Realtime FQ-RT-PCR方法检测肺癌患者外周血中hnRNPB1mRNA手术前后表达水平的变化并探讨其临床意义。
