乳腺癌脑转移的影响因素及研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脑转移瘤好发于40~60岁,发病率是颅内原发肿瘤的10倍,系肿瘤患者致残与死亡的重要原因之一。脑转移瘤常见的原发肿瘤为肺癌、乳腺癌、恶性黑色素瘤及肾癌,其中临床症状明显的乳腺癌脑转移的机率为10%~20%,居于脑转移瘤的第2位,但加上无临床症状的乳腺癌脑转移患者(15%),真正的患病率可高达30%。从诊断乳腺癌到发现脑转移的中位时间约为30个月。由于脑转移瘤患者其原发癌症多为晚期,且脑转移瘤大多为实质性,易复发,如果未得到及时的治疗,其自然病程是进展性神经恶化,平均生存1~2个月。
