基于复合功能块的制造单元控制系统

摘要 为了使制造单元控制系统具有开放性、互操作性和可重构性等特性,以IEC61499功能块标准为基础,提出了适应实时动态重构的通用VMD复合功能块模型,并以其为核心构建了基于复合功能块的混合控制体系结构.在此基础上,结合IEC61499功能块标准,提出了基于Web Services和MMS的控制软件体系结构,采用面向对象的统一建模语言对系统进行了设计.通过开发和测试原型系统,验证了设计方法的可行性,并证实了基于复合功能块开发的控制系统具有低复杂性、动态重构性和可重用性等特点. In order to make control systems of manufacturing cells provided with the characteristics of opening, interoperability and reconfiguration, etc. , on the basis of IEC 61499 function block standard, a model of the general VMD composite function block was proposed to support real-time control system of dynamic reconfiguration, and a hybrid eontrol architecture based on composite function blocks was constructed, in integration of the IEC 61499 function block standard, a control software architecture based on Web Services and MMS was presented and the control system was designed by using the object-oriented unified modeling language. Finally, a prototype was developed to testify the feasibility of the design method for the control system.
