双环形钢丝环绕固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折

Fixation with bicyclic steel wires for comminuted fracture of patella

膑骨粉碎性骨析在临床上并非少见,治疗方法众多,但这些方法都有不足之处。我们综合各家所长,设计了双环形钢丝环绕固定法。自1985～1989年,我们采用该法治疗膑骨粉碎性骨折22例,疗效满意,报道如下。 1 临床资料:本组共22例,男19例,女3例,左15例,右7例。年龄25～65岁。平均35.5岁。均为粉碎性骨折。其中2周以内20例,2周以上2例。骨折愈合时间最短35d,最长50d,平均40d左右。 2 手术方法:在硬膜外麻醉下,仰卧位,取膑骨前横弧形切口。显露骨折处后,清除折端积血及肉芽组织,清除关节内积血,用生理盐水冲洗干净。

We report fixation with bicyclic steel wires designed by ourselves, which was performed in 22 patients with comminuted fracture of patella,and operation method and key points are introduced. The patients were followed for 6～40 months, with a 95% good or excellent rate. Clinical practice confirms that it is a simple,practical and good method for comminuted fracture of patella.
