双料喉风散治疗产后会阴伤口愈合不良30例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder for Poor Haaling of Postpartum Porineal Wound:An Observation of 30 Cases

目的:观察双料喉风散治疗产后会阴伤口愈合不良的临床疗效。方法:将58例伤口愈合不良产妇随机分为2组,喉风散组30例用0.5%碘伏抹洗外阴伤口创面后喷双料喉风散;对照组28例用0.5%碘伏抹洗外阴伤口创面。结果:平均伤口愈合期喉风散组为6.9天,对照组为12.1天。喉风散组愈合期明显缩短,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用双料喉风散治疗产后会阴伤口愈合不良,能促进伤口肉芽生长,无局部刺激及疼痛,并可缩短会阴伤口愈合期。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuangliao Houfeng Powder(SHP) for the treatment of poor healing of postpartum perineal wound.Methods:Fifty-sight poor perineal wound healing patients were randomised into two groups:the control group(n=28)roceived external washing with 0.5%iodophor and the treatment group(n=30)received external application of SHP after washing with 0.5%iodophor.Results:The average time for would healing was 6.9 days in the treatment group and 12.1 days in the control group,the difference being significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of SHP is effective for poor bealing of postpartum perineal wound through promoting the granulation growth in the wound without local irritation and pain,and shortening the perineal wound healing time.
