Karl -Otto Apel＇s viewpoint of science advocates the relationship of reciprocity and mutual benefit between nature science and humane social science, the complementary between the method of understanding and the method of explanation, urges the syncretism between scientific culture and the humanistic culture. Apel＇s standpoint has valuable reference to constructing socialist harmonious society.
