铸铁的SiC孕育预处理

感应电炉熔炼的铁液白口倾向大,铸铁的强度和硬度会增加,但是电炉铁液的形核率减少很多。在电炉中加入预处理剂SiC,对灰铸铁可以促进A型石墨形成,对球墨铸铁可以促进球状石墨形成,对处理蠕墨铸铁也有很好的效果。SiC是质优价廉的硅源、碳源,在冲天炉中应用可以降低使用锈蚀炉料的负面影响。

When melted in electric induction furnace, the chilling tendency, strength and hardness of cast iron increase, but the nucleation rate decreases. While addition of pretreatment compound SiC will promote the formation of A type graphite in the gray cast iron, and the formation of spheroidal graphite in ductile iron, at the same time it also has good effect on vermicular graphite cast iron. SiC is a high quality and low price resource of silicon and carbon and it can reduce the negative influence caused by using of rust materials in cupola.
