摘要
球磨机用磨球生产中存在缩孔和铁液工艺成品率低等问题,这不仅造成铸造生产单位产品质量不能保证和成本较高,而且使球磨机用户矿粉含铁量偏高、设备运转率低。通过在高铬铸球的生产中采用叠铸工艺,成功地解决了上述问题。
The shrinkage and low yield of molten iron are two key problems in the production of cast iron grinding ball for ball-mill. Those not only cause the poor quality and high cost of the castings but also lead to high iron content of mineral powder and low operation rate of ball-mill. By applying the stack casting process obtained through computing and designing, the problems above were successfully solved.
