摘要
通过调节风机转速实现节能,已成为冷却塔节能的技术焦点。变频调速能够根据环境变化随时调节供电频率,从而实现节能。在天津石化公司聚酯工程循环水场冷却塔改造工程中,合理设置了变频调速设备并与科学的开停运行方案相结合,取得了较好的节能效果。
Adjusting the fan speed has become a technology focus on the cooling tower energy-saving. The frequency conversion adjusting speed can adjust the power supply frequency according to environmental changes at any time, thus the energy-saving is reached. Frequency conversion adjusting speed equipment and a scientific running program were used in the cooling tower reconstruction of polyester project of Tianjin Petrochemical Company, and a better energy-saving result was reached.
