维生素D抵抗研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 维生素D(vitamin D,VitD)是一组具有广泛生理作用的类固醇衍生物。体内大多数组织和细胞都有VitD受体(vitamin Dreceptor,VDR)。VitD抵抗是指机体对正常甚至大剂量VitD或1,25(OH)2D的低反应或无反应现象,主要是由于受体基因突变所致。VitD抵抗对机体有着多方面影响。研究VitD抵抗的分子机制对于了解一些疾病的发病机制并且寻找新的治疗手段具有重要意义。
