摘要
【目的】为了解海南省0～6岁智力低下儿童的患病现状，更好地开展海南省智障儿童的康复工作。【方法】用第二次全国残疾人抽样调查方法及标准。【结果】海南省0～6岁儿童智力低下患病率为17．2‰，智力低下分布特征：女性高于男性，农村和城镇无明显差异，0～6岁各年龄组不同，4岁组最高。原因不明和不良社会文化因素是智力低下的主要原因。【结论】海南省0～6岁智力低下患病率明显高于全国平均水平。
[Objective] To get the morbility of the intelligence disability of 0～6 years children in Hainan,and elevate habilitation. [Method] The criteria made by the Second China National Sample Survey on Disability to diagnose. [Results] The prevalence of intelligence disability between 0～6 years old children in Hainan province was 17.2. The feature of prevalence：girls were much more boys;coutryside and city had no significant difference. The prevalence was different in different age group and the 4-year-old group was the highest. The most important cause was uncertainty, and the second was unhealthy social culture. [Conclusion] The prevalence of intelligence disability between 0～6 years old chil- dren in our province is much higher than the average level in China.
