南京市托幼机构2000～2007年集体儿童健康体检及卫生保健状况分析

Physical examination and health care condition of collective children in Nanjing city from 2000 to 2007

【目的】了解2000～2007年南京市集体儿童健康状况及托幼机构卫生保健状况的动态变化趋势，以采取有效的干预措施，指导托幼机构的卫生保健工作。【方法】分析2000～2007年南京市托幼机构集体儿童保健工作及保健制度执行情况年报表。【结果】2000～2007年南京市托幼机构卫生保健合格率逐年上升，集体儿童的受检率2007年已达98％以上；儿童体重、身高达均值以上率呈逐年上升趋势，在园儿童体重达标率和身高达标率差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；肥胖儿发生率逐年上升；营养性缺铁性贫血、乳牙龋齿患病率呈逐年下降趋势。【结论】重点加强对肥胖儿童的管理干预及农村托幼机构的卫生保健规范化管理，提高儿童健康水平。

[Objective] To investigate the children＇s physical examination and health care conditiongs of collective children in Nanjing city from 2000 to 2007. [Method] To analyze the annals reports of collective childrens＂ health care in Nanjing from 2000 to 2007. [Results] The percent of pass was increased year by year. Examination rate of collective children had achieved 98%. Children＇s weight and height was also increased year by year. There was significant difference of the children＇s weight and height among different years . The incidence rate of obesity was increased year by year. The prevalence of nutritional iron deficiency anemia and baby teeth dental caries was downgrade year by year. [Conclusion] Great emphasis should be placed on monitoring obesity children and .instructing the health care of the kindergarten.
