摘要
也门10区块是由法国TOTAL公司开发的高产油田,该区块地层压力低、地层渗透性好,石油产量在也门境内处于前列。上部地层漏失严重,中下部地层易缩径、垮塌,造成井下复杂。开发井多为水平井,在生产施工及油气层保护方面具有一定的难度。使用欠平衡钻井在解决井漏、压差卡钻、解放油气层及提高机械钻速等方面具有独到的优势。中原石油勘探局钻井二公司RIG906队在该区块应用欠平衡钻井技术成功地钻成多口井,取得了一些经验,文中介绍了欠平衡钻井技术在该区块的应用,对成功使用欠平衡钻井技术进行了探索研究。
Block 10 in Yemen, a high yield oilfield which is developed by French Total Company, has the features such as low formation pressure, high formation permeability, much higher oil production than other blocks in Yemen. At same time, complex downhole problems are often caused by serious circulation fluid lost in the upper formation, and tight hole and sloughing in the middle and lower formations. The most of developing wells are horizontal ones, which are difficult in both drilling operation and reservoir protection. Underbalanced drilling has the particular advantages in dealing with lost circulation and differential pressure sticking, protecting the reservoirs from damaging and maximizing oil production, and improving rate of penetration. Rig 906 of No.2 Drilling Company got some experience through successful drilling with the underbalanced drilling technology. This paper presents the application situation of underbalanced drilling technology in this block, and makes the exploratory research on how to use it successfully.
