摘要
禁止就业歧视的"人本"价值在于:实现人的生存权和发展权,维护人格尊严、实现正义,维护人类共同利益、实现社会和谐。我国禁止就业歧视的法律较好地体现了"人本"精神,但也有一些不足,应当加以完善。
Tbe value of prohibition discrimination in employment as follows: The prohibition of employment discrimination is the basic safeguard of realization person's fight to subsistence and the right to development, is the defender of human dignity, is the necessary demand of realization justice, also is the inevitably request of maintaining the human common interest and the achieving society harmonization. The present laws of prohibiting discrimination in employment have reflected the humanism spirit, but there are a number of insufficiencies should be perfect.
