RP-HPLC法测定辽东楤木皂苷X的含量研究

Quantitative determination of araloside X in total aralosides by RP-HPLC

采用RP-HPLC分析方法测定辽东楤木叶总皂苷中辽东楤木皂苷X含量.以HypersilC18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱为吸附剂,V（乙腈）∶V（水）=3∶7为流动相,测定了辽东楤木皂苷X.结果表明：进样量在2.5～6.5μg范围内辽东楤木皂苷X与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=170.098x-33.40（r=0.9994）,平均加样回收率为97.61%.

To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of araloside X in total aralosides of leaves.The results showed,in condition RP-HPLC was used.With a hypersil ODS C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）analytical column and the acetonitrile-water（3∶7） as the mobile phase.The araloside X showed a good linearity over the ranges of 2.5～6.5 μg with the regression equation y=170.098x-33.40（r=0.999 4）.The average recoveries of araloside X was 97.61%.
