摘要
介绍了国内外本体法PVC的生产概况,比较了本体法PVC与悬浮法PVC的聚合机制、生产工艺及加工性能,指出三步本体法聚合工艺和连续本体法聚合工艺是今后的发展方向。
The production situations of PVC by bulk polymerization at home and abroad were introduced. PVC produced by bulk polymerization was compared with that produced by suspension polymerization in the aspects of polymerization mechanism, production process and processing properties. It was indicated that the threesteps bulk polymerization and continuous bulk polymerization were the development trend.
