摘要
本实验用静脉注射四氧嘧啶的方法,选择性地破坏胰岛B细胞,48h后造成大鼠实验性糖尿病模型,观察异搏定对四氧嘧啶诱导的血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量变化的影响。结果表明:预防性注射异搏定能显著降低四氧嘧啶诱导的血清过氧化脂质含量的升高。本工作提示异搏定对四氧嘧啶诱导的大鼠实验性糖尿病的预防作用可能是通过降低过氧化脂质的产量实现的。
A model of experimental diabetes was made after 48h by intravenous injec- tion of alloxan which could injure islet B cells selectivly, and the effects of verapamil on changes of serum LPO level induced by alloxan was observed. The result was that verapamil could reduce markedely the rise in serum LPO level induced by alloxan. It suggested that the preventive effects of verapa- mil on alloxan diabetes in rats might be realized by the reduction of the LPO level.
