Trocar puncture of laparoscopic surgery often leads to vessel and organ injuries. We analyzed the anatomic landinarks of female body surface and pelvic cavity, which were related to trocar puncture, and provided the prevention and treatment for complications of trocar puncture of laparoscopic surgeries.
