摘要
研究了聚合物粗纤维掺量对高性能混凝土抗压、劈裂抗拉、抗弯性能和抗弯破坏特性的影响,提出聚合物粗纤维混凝土抗弯韧性评价指标。研究结果表明,相对于素混凝土,聚合物粗纤维混凝土劈裂抗拉强度、抗弯强度和弯曲初裂挠度有一定的提高,抗压强度、弯曲断裂能明显提高。此外,聚合物粗纤维增韧机理与钢纤维混凝土有较大区别,它能在混凝土破坏后能促使结构挠度减小,具有"修复"作用,可提高结构安全性。
Impact of content of coarse polymer fiber (CPF) on mechanical properties of high performance concrete was investigated in this paper. A new method for accessing the toughness of CPF reinforces concrete is put forward. Results show that CPF can improve the splitting tensil strength, flexureal strength, and fracture deflection to some extend, and improve the compressive strength, fracture energy obviously. Furthermore, CPF can decrease the deflection of concrete after concrete failed, which can improve the safety of structure.
