摘要
对影响水泥石外部氯离子固化能力的若干影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,矿物掺合料如粉煤灰、矿渣、偏高岭土和钢渣可显著提高水泥基材料氯离子固化能力。提高幅度从高到低分别为偏高岭土、矿渣、钢渣、粉煤灰。增加溶液氯离子浓度和提高水泥石水灰比可提高氯离子固化能力,而碳化后则水泥石对氯离子的固化能力降低。改善水泥基材料氯离子固化能力可以提高钢筋耐锈蚀能力。
An experiment was undertaken to investigate the selected factors affecting external chloride binding of cement materials. The test results show that the incorporation of mineral admixtures such as meta-kaolin, fly ash, blast furnace slag, and steel slag can significantly improve the external chloride binding of cement materials. Comparatively, the effects of mineral admixtures on chloride binding from higher to lower are meta-kaohn, fly ash, blast furnace slag and steel slag. Increasing chloride concentration in outer side solution and increasing water to cement ratio can also improve the chloride binding of harden cement paste, whereas carbonation cause decreasing of chloride binding capacity of cement paste. Improving the chloride binding of cement material can increase steel corrosion resistance of reinforcement concrete.
