壳聚糖在活性污泥和消化污泥调理中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 采用壳聚糖絮凝剂调理活性污泥和消化污泥,对影响絮凝过程的搅拌时间、壳聚糖用量、温度和pH值做了探讨,并比较了壳聚糖和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对2种污泥调理后的脱水效果。实验结果表明:壳聚糖在温度为30℃,pH值为4—6,快速搅拌时间为1 min,投加量为18.72 mg/g干污泥时,对活性污泥的调理效果最佳;消化污泥的最佳快搅时间则为4 min,最佳投加量为25.83 mg/g干污泥,相同实验条件下,壳聚糖和PAM的投加量均为其各自的最佳投加量时,调理后活性污泥的脱水效果基本相当,对消化污泥PAM的调理效果略优于壳聚糖。 Chitosan was used to condition activated sludge and digested sludge in this research. Some influencing factors including mixing time, dosage of chitosan, temperature and pH value were discussed. The dewater ability of activated sludge and digested sludge conditioned by chitosan and PAM were also compared. The results showed that the conditioning effect was optimum under the conditions of temperature at 30℃ and pH 4-6. For activated sludge, the optimum rapid mixing time was 1 min and the dosage was 18.72 mg/g dry sludge. While for digested sludge they were 4 min and 25.83 mg/g dry sludge respectively. Under the same experimental conditions, the dewater ability of activated sludge conditioned by chitosan and PAM was approximately identical. While for digested sludge it was better to be conditioned by PAM than ehitosan.
