听觉脑干、中潜伏期和视觉诱发电位的主要波峰分析

摘要 作者对50例(100耳、眼)正常人(男女各25人)的BAEP、MLAEP、VEP的主要波峰作以分析。并对三种诱发电位主要波峰的起源。临床意义作以探讨。结果显示:BAEP的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波最稳定,临床应用价值较高;MLAEP的Na、Pa波重现性好,Na、Nb的波幅有性别差异(p<0.01);VEP(闪光)可以做为重症昏迷和不合作病人检测的方法之一,P_(100)的波峰潜伏期、波幅有性别差异(p<0.01)。 50 cases (100 ears, eyes) were analysed on major wave peak of BAEP, MLAEP and VEP. The generators and clinical value were studied for those wave peak. Our results suggested that waves Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ of BAEP were most steady and had significant value in the clinical practice; that waves Na and Pa of MLAEP had better repeatability and the amplitudes of Na and Pa were significantly different in male and female (p<0.01); that by the VEP( flash) the patient of coma and no-cooperation could be tested, and the latency and amplitudes of wave of P_(100) were gignificantly different in men and weman (p<0.01).
