益气活血方熏蒸法与口服法治疗系统性硬皮病疗效比较

Effect Comparison of Steaming Therapy and Oral Using of Prescription for Nourishing Qi and Activating Blood on Treating Systemic Scleroderma

目的了解中药熏蒸疗法对系统性硬皮病(SSc)病人的疗效是否优于口服中药。方法对36例SSc患者作了益气活血方熏蒸治疗,并和25例口服益气活血方者做了疗效对照。结果两组病人治疗后皮肤硬度积分、关节功能积分均较治疗前显著降低,中药熏蒸组治疗前后皮肤硬度、关节功能积分差显著大于中药口服组。结论益气活血中药熏蒸对系统性硬皮病皮肤硬化及关节功能的改善显著优于口服中药。

Objective To study therapeutic efficacy of steaming therapy of Chinese drugs on treating systemic scleroderma（SSc） compared with oral decoction for Chinese drugs. Methods 36 case of systemic scleroderma conceive fuming therapy of Chinese drugs for nourishing qi and activating blood, 25 case of systemic scleroderma conceive oral decoction for nourishing qi and activating blood, and contrast therapeutic evaluation of therapeusis or decoction treatment. Results Therapeutic efficacy of Systemic Scleroderma contrast, steaming therapy of Chinese drugs on treating systemic scleroderma preponderate oral decoction for Chinese drugs, and relieve arthralgia, and amelioreate function of articulation, and relieve Raynaud＇s sign, and accelerator dermalaxia. Conclusion Therapeutic efficacy of steaming therapy of Chinese drugs for nourishing qi and activating blood on treating Systemic Scleroderma is better than the oral decoction for Chinese drugs.
