手术治疗胸大肌腱完全断裂12例
摘要
胸大肌腱完全断裂是一种少见的运动损伤。1822年Patissier首次报道胸大肌腱断裂，目前国际上共有约200例病例报道。近30年来，随着运动水平和强度的提高，胸大肌腱断裂的病例逐年增多。我所1993年至2007年手术治疗12例胸大肌腱断裂，现将结果报告如下。
