组织多普勒成像评价心脏机械运动时间间期的应用和进展

摘要 组织多普勒超声显像(TDI)技术已经广泛应用于临床分析和研究心肌的活动,评价心肌机械收缩及电生理领域,组织多普勒技术由于高时相分辨率,使无创性检测左右心房电机械时间及收缩活动成为可能,为评价心脏机械运动时间间期提供了一种新的、无创的方法。现对近年TDI在心脏机械运动时间间期方面的应用以及进展作一综述。 A Tissue Doppler Imaging (TDI) has been widely used in clinical analysis and studying myocardial movement, evaluating myocardial contraction as well as eleetmphysiology. TDI has made non-invasive detection of electmmechanical time of the right and left atrium possibly due to high time resolution, thereby providing a new noninvasive technology for evaluating time intervals of myocardial motion. This article reviews the application and progress of TDI in evaluating time intervals of myocardial motion.
