小儿肠重复畸形的术后护理

Postoperative nursing of children with intestinal duplication

目的:总结小儿肠重复畸形的术后护理。方法:2004年10月～2008年8月我院收治的肠重复畸形患儿22例,对其护理进行回顾性分析。结果:术后精心护理减少了术后并发症的发生,促进了肠道功能的尽早恢复,缩短了住院时间。结论:严密监测生命体征,加强呼吸道护理,维持体液平衡及营养支持,加强各引流管和腹部情况的观察等一系列护理措施,是保证肠重复畸形患儿手术效果的重要保障。

Objective：To summarize postoperative nursing of children with intestinal duplication. Methods ： Retrospective analyze the nursing experience of 22 patients with intestinal duplication admitted in our hospital from October 2004 to August 2008. Results ： The standard and careful postoperative nursing reduced the occurrence of postoperative complications, promoted the recovery of intestinal function, shortened the length of stay. Conclusion ： Intensive care of the vital sign, management of respiratory tract, balance of fluid and nutrition support, observation of drainage tube and abdomen state, and so many effective nursing measure was the important guarantee of the surgery efficacy of the patients with intestinal duplication.
