摘要
我国农业和农村信息化政策在演进的3个时期显现着不同的情况和特点,当前还存在着政策"法力"不够、明晰度不够和合力不够等问题,应当加快建立健全法规,完善政策体系。
The different situation and features were manifested in three developed times of the policy agriculture informationization and rural informationization in china. Now, there were a number of problems existed in policy of rural informationization： insufficiency of law power, the degree of clarity and join forces, law and regulations was improved being accelerated, policy system was perfected.
