单点登录是解决网络环境下应用集成和门户系统安全认证的一种有效策略,CAS是Yale大学开发的一种开放源码单点登录系统。本文简要介绍了CAS的一些优点,从体系结构、认证模式等方面对CAS做了深入分析,并探讨了CAS在数字图书馆中的应用前景。

Single Sign - On （SSO） is an efficient secure authentication solution to applications integration and portal system. Yale CAS is an open source SSO system which developed by Yale University. This paper briefly described some advantages of CAS, thoroughly analyzed its architecture and authentication modes, and discussed several scenes in digital library.
