摘要
本文首先介绍了BP神经网络原理,并构建一个数字参考咨询服务评价指标体系,在此基础上提出了一种基于BP神经网络的评价模型来对这项服务进行定量评价。
Digital reference services is an important service offered by digital libraries. This paper firstly introduced the theory of BP neural network, and designed an evaluation indicator system of digital reference services. On this condition, an quantitative evaluation model based on BP neural network was put forward.
