从“犯罪原因学”走向“犯罪存在学”--重新定义犯罪学概念

From Cause Study of Committed Crime to the Study of Crime

严格地说传统犯罪学就是犯罪原因学,这种犯罪学忽略了犯罪的存在,只研究作为犯罪学对象的部分内容而非全部内容,严重阻碍了犯罪学学科的发展。为了犯罪学的科学性,为了犯罪学的发展,犯罪学必须完整、全面地研究自己的对象,必须从犯罪原因学走向"犯罪存在学",即真正的"整体的犯罪现象学"。

Precisely speaking, traditional crime study is to study the cause of committed crimes, which only studied the partial but not all aspects of the crime committed subjects, whereas neglected the actual existence of crime and has greatly prohibited the development of crime study as a discipline. Therefore, to promote the development and the scientific character of crime study, it has to take the whole aspects of study subjects as the contents and to make a thorough study, to transfer the study contents from crime committed cause to actual crimes, then we can call it the real 'crime phenomena study'.
