摘要
目的探讨CD147、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-1、2、3在胃癌组织中的表达变化及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化Envision二步法检测30例慢性胃炎及50例胃癌组织中的CD147及MMP-1、2、3。结果CD147及MMP-1、2、3在胃癌中的阳性表达率明显高于慢性胃炎,两组相比,P均<0.05。胃癌组织中CD147及MMP-1、2、3的高表达与胃癌的临床分期、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、患者生存期有关(P均<0.05)。结论CD147及MMP-1、2、3可作为胃癌浸润转移及预后的评价指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD147 ,MMP-1,2,3 and their relations to the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma. Methods Envision immunohistochemieal method was used to detect the CD147 and MMP-1,2,3 in 50 cases with gastric adenocarcinoma ,30 cases with chronic gastritis（CG）. Results The positive rates of CD147 and MMP- 1,2,3 were progressive increase in 50 cases of gastric carcinoma to 30 cases of CG（ P 〈0.05 ）. The positive rates of CD147, MMP-1,2,3 in patients with gastric carcinoma stage Ill and IV, invading seroral layer,metastasis of lymph nodes, survival time 〈 5 a were significantly higher than those in patients stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, invading muscular layer,without metastasis of lymph nodes, survival time 〉 5 a（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion CD147 and MMP-1,2,3 could be potential indexes of envaluating invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
