Ⅲ期食管癌综合治疗69例分析

摘要 将已确诊Ⅲ期食管癌鳞癌患者患者69例随机分为综合治疗组和单纯手术组。综合治疗组35例采用术前放疗化疗+手术治疗+术后化疗。单纯手术组34例采用食管癌根治术+淋巴结三野清扫术。发现综合治疗组根治性手术切除率、1 a生存率、无病生存率高于单纯手术组(P<0.05),单纯手术组开胸探查率高于综合治疗组(P<0.05)。认为Ⅲ期食管癌综合治疗可以提高根治性手术切除率,改善近期预后及无病生存率,术后化疗对于预防肿瘤复发有一定作用。
