医疗价格管理是医院管理工作中的重要课题,是目前缓解老百姓看病难、看病贵最为实际的问题,规范医疗收费行为,治理乱收费是摆在各级卫生管理者面前的一项长期而艰巨的任务。作者结合自己的实际工作,从医院管理角度阐述了如何做好医院医疗收费管理工作;一是领导重视,全员参与,打造价格信用品牌;二是建立完善的物价管理体系,从源头治理乱收费;三是强化收费工作的监督检查,从细节入手查处乱收费。

The management of medicine price is an important project in hospital management, which is the practical issue in solving the difficulties in seeing a doctor and in its high cost. To regularizing the medicine cost, deal with irregular and irrational charge is a long--term task facing the hospital administration at all levels. In combination with present work situation, the author clarified the experience on dealing with medicine price. First, the hospital leaders should put high emphasis on it and medical staff should participate, so as to build price--reliable brand of hospital. Second, the hospital should make every effort to establish perfect price management system and deal with irrational charge from the headstream. Third, the hospital should strengthen the supervision of the charge work and punish irrational charge from the tiny things.
