参附注射液辅助治疗对脑心综合征患者心电图的影响

Effect of shenfu injection on the electrocardiogram in patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome

目的探讨参附注射液对脑心综合征患者ST段和心律失常的影响。方法将50例脑心综合征患者随机分为两组，对照组（C组）和参附辅助治疗组（SF组），每组25例。SF组于病人入院确诊后辅助静脉注射参附注射液10ml／d进行治疗，共7天。观察两组病人治疗后心电图ST段的变化和心律失常发生情况。结果SF组病人的心电图ST段的变化和心律失常发生率明显低于C组（P〈0．01）。结论参附注射液能有效改善脑心综合征患者的ST段变化和降低心律失常的发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of shenfu on ST segment and cardiac arrhythmia of theelectrocardiogram in patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome. Methods 50 cases of cerebral cardiac syndrome patients were randomized into two groups, namely controlled group（C group） and shenfu treatment group（SF group）,eacb consisting of 25 patients. Shenfu injection （10 ml/d） were administrated 7 days after patients were charged. The changes of ST segment and the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia were monitored during treatment. Results The changes of ST segment and the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia in SF group were signifieandy less than that in C group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Shenfu injection has protective effect on electrocardiogram in patients with cerebral cardiac syndrome
