2005—2007年广州市抗肿瘤药的用药分析

Analysis of Anticancer Drugs Used in Hospitals of Guangzhou During the Period 2005-2007

目的了解广州市抗肿瘤药的用药情况，探讨其临床用药特点及发展趋势，为医疗机构合理安排资金，提高药品管理水平，更好地满足临床需要提供科学依据。并期望能在建立一个完整的抗肿瘤药用药分析系统方面作一些有益的探索。方法对广州市的代表性医院2005—2007年抗肿瘤药的年销售金额和用量进行统计，采用DDDs分析方法和药物经济学方法对年销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日用药金额进行统计分析。结果三年中抗肿瘤药的年销售金额以及DDDs呈上升趋势，抗肿瘤植物药年销售金额上升，香菇多糖和云芝多糖的DDDs连续三年位于第一名或第二名。结论广州市抗肿瘤药物用药呈快速增长趋势，抗肿瘤植物药有良好的应用前景。

Objective discussing its characteristic of medicine use in clinical use and developing tendency. To provide some scientific basis for reasonal use of the funds for medical establishment, and increase the level of drug administration and satisfy needs of medicine use in clinical. And hope exploring some helpful things in establishing an integrity system for analyzing with anticancer drugs. Metheds To collect the sum of annual consumption and amount of consumption of anticancer drugs used in representatively hospitals in Guangzhou during 2005-2007, and the sum of money of annual consumption, frequency and daily sum of money of anticancer drugs were analysed with DDDs and pharmacoeconomic methods. Rrsults DDDs and The sum of money of annual consumption of anticancer drugs show an increasing trendency during the three years. The sum of money of annual consumption ofanticancer plant drugs will be increasing.DDDs of Shiitake mushroom polysaccharideand Cloud iris polysaccharide will be the first and the second.Conclusions The anticancer durgs utilized in Guangzhou presented in rapid increase tendency,especially of anticancer plant drugs.
