自适应光学人眼最优化球差矫正初探 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过自适应光学视觉仿真系统矫正及叠加球差,探讨球差对人眼视力的影响。方法在暗室内,通过自行研制37单元变形镜的自适应光学人眼视觉仿真系统进行球差的矫正及叠加,该系统具有矫正叠加像差同时测量视力的能力。对6名(6眼)进行6.0mm瞳孔下保留其他像差矫正球差,及全矫基础上叠加球差,同时测量视力。结果6名被试者球差RMS值分布于-0.10~0.11μm,在存在其他像差的同时,矫正球差后视力平均提高2.3%。在全矫基础上叠加不同水平球差,视力逐渐下降。结论本研究中的自适应光学人眼视觉仿真系统可以实现球差的体外矫正及叠加,在人眼动态变化过程中,有其他像差存在时,较小的球差对人眼视力的影响不明显。 Objective To investigate the effect of spherical aberration(SA) on visual acuity by correcting and folding SA with self-adaptive optics system.Methods In darkroom,an adaptive optics vision simulator of 37 segmented deformed mirror was constructed that allowed psychophysical tests to be performed while viewing targets through any desired ocular wave-front profile.SA of six cases(6 eyes) were corrected at 6.0 mm below pupil with the presence of other aberration,SA was folded at basis of full correction,and visual acuity was measured.Results Natural root mean square values of SA in the 6 cases were between -0.10 μm and 0.11 μm.There was 2.3% improvement of visual acuity after corrected SA in the presence of other natural aberrations of the eye.Visual acuity decreased with folding different SA on basis of full correction.Conclusion The SA can be corrected and folded by an self-adaptive optics system.There is a slight effect on visual acuity with the presence of other aberrations in the process of dynamic changes.
