不同省区内部煤炭产业流动及资源环境效应 被引量:13

COAL INDUSTRIAL FLOW AND ITS RESOURCE AND ENVIRONMENT EFFECTS IN DIFFERENT PROVINCES

摘要 在梳理我国煤炭产业利用途径的基础上,选取山西、山东、辽宁3省,再现了各省煤炭产业流动过程,并运用物质流分析对资源流动进行了核算,最后从资源自给率、耗煤产业结构、环境影响等方面分析了煤炭流动的资源环境效应。结论有:①不同省区资源/产品自给率不同,随着由资源→初级产品→再加工产品的煤炭产业流动的逐步深入,各省煤炭资源/产品的自给率都不同程度地提高。②煤炭资源产业流动可以优化煤炭产业结构。辽宁资源/产品中间消费比重高于山东、山西,其煤炭产业结构较完善。③各省原煤入洗率低、资源回收率低、产品产率低使得煤炭产业流动的环境影响大,尤其是入洗率和回收率的提升潜力较大。 Alter illustrating the route of coal use in China, coal industrial flow process is simulated in Shanxi, Shandong and Liaoning provinces respectively. Then the flow process is deducted into two stages, resources input and consumption by material flow analysis (MFA). Lastly, resource efficiency and environmental effects of coal industrial flow are analyzed by resource self-supply ratio, coal consumption structure, and environmental impact. Conclusions lie in: (1)the self-supply ratio of coal and its products vary among different provinces. With coal flow deeply from resource to primary products, then to finished products, the self-supply ratio rise in different degree in various provinces.(2)The more coal and its products flow into middle industrial process such as washing, molding, coking, and gasification, the more the coal industrial structure is improving. Share of middle input in total coal consumption in Liaoning province is more than that of in Shanxi and Shandong province, and coal industrial structure in Liaoning is more perfect.(3)Weight of washed coal in total coal production is low, weight of reclaim of resource and its products is low, and output ratio of coal products from resource is low too in process of coal industrial flow in various provinces, which get rise to serious environmental impacts. The washed coal ratio and reclaimed coal ratio should be improved greatly.
