摘要
刀架控制系统是自动拉床的一个重要控制系统,从实际出发,提出了刀架控制系统的设计方法。通过对机械、电气、液压等自动控制技术有机的综合运用,很好地解决了设计过程中遇到的技术问题。经长期使用证明:系统具有结构简单,性能稳定,易维护等特点,完全符合实际使用要求。
The turret control system is an important control system of automatic horizontal broaching machine. This paper puts forward the design method of the control system basing on practice. Through the smart and comprehensive use of automatic control technology with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and so on, it offers a very good solution to the technical problems encountered in the design. The proof of long-term use indicates that the system has the features of simple structure, stable performance and easy maintenance, and fully meet the operating requirements.
