三维微细零件掺粉电解抛光机床的研制及软件开发

摘要 设计开发了一台三维微细零件电解掺粉电解抛光机床。该机床采用了立柱式加悬臂式的固定式结构,采用高精密的进口滚珠丝杠驱动的微动电动平移台,应用超高速主轴技术。通过高速数据采集卡实现实时在线监控整个加工过程;在基于VB6.0自行开发的微细零件掺粉电解抛光系统控制下,可进行各种微细孔、微细轴及复杂微细结构的高精度微细电解及抛光加工等试验。 A set of polishing machine is developed for the purpose of three-dimensional electrochemical micro-machining (EMM} polishing. In this machine, stand shaft-cantilever frame is adopted; a micro-move mobile platform driven by high precision ball-screw is applied; and an ultra high-speed spindle technology is employed. The whole process can be monitored by PCI4712 device. On the basis of VB6.0, a system of electrochemical sophisticated polishing had been developed, it can complete many EMM and EMM polishing experiments, such as micro-hole, micro-shaft and micro-structure.
