介绍了LS25型水箱拉丝机组研究中的四个关键技术:箱体整体优化;主轴组件实现钢丝力学性能和表面质量提高;基于总线的变频调速集成控制系统,辅助机构结构创新。
Four key technologies are introduced in the research on the groups of LS25 wet wire drawing machines. They are the optimization of the whole box body, the improvement of the mechanics capability and surface quality by principal axis subassembly, the frequency conversion timing integration control system based on the bus-mastering, and the innovation of the assistant configuration.
